When you submit a property or enquiry, we collect the details entered in the form, including contact information, property descriptions and photographs. We use this information to review listings, respond to enquiries and manage the marketplace.
Approved property details and photographs appear in the marketplace. Owner contact names, phone numbers, email addresses and internal review notes remain in the management area. Photographs are served using shareable links, so do not upload identity documents, contracts, sensitive information or anything you do not want publicly viewable.
Submissions are not published automatically. You must own the property or have authority to list it, provide accurate details and have permission to use any uploaded images. Our team may request more information, decline a submission or archive an unavailable property.
A reviewed listing has passed the marketplace team’s publication checks. It is not a guarantee of title, structural condition, permitted use or suitability. Interested parties should inspect the property and independently confirm the relevant details before making commitments.
To correct or remove a listing, or request removal of your contact information, email sundarwarehouses@gmail.com. Listing records are retained while needed to operate the marketplace and handle enquiries. No automated email notifications are sent by the site.
Management uses ChatGPT sign-in and a separately authorised administrator account. Technical request information is used to limit abusive submissions and keep the forms available.
